WordPress Care Monthly Services Subscriptions
If you cancel a quarterly/ yearly subscription, the refund would not be applicable for current month charges , rest you will get refunds for remaining months

We will provide full refund if we are not able to do task like website malware removal or if we are not able to provide any technical support in WordPress
