  • Bank account details (cancelled cheque/passbook copy)
  • Address Proof (electricity bill/rent agreement)
  • Address proof of the place of business

Rent Agreement (if rented premises)
Electricity Bill or Property Tax Receipt
Municipal Khata Copy
Legal documents for ownership
Clearance certificate issued by tax authorities
In some cases , GST authority may ask for Aadhar card of property owners
